Tyler Minsberg leaves The Dangerous Summer

Indie/Post-rock band The Dangerous Summer is set to tour Warped Tour this coming summer, but they’ll have to find a new drummer. Tyler Minsberg confirmed that he left the band more than a month ago. He left on seemingly applicable terms, asking for fans to continue to support the band and to support him when he continues with individual projects in the industry.

You Me At Six Posts Full-length “Rescue Me”

Scheduled to be released on February 13th, “Rescue Me” is the next single by You Me At Six featuring Chiddy. Yesterday YMAS posted a short, teaser clip of it; today they posted the full length clip. The song has already been played on the radio and gained popularity with the fans. It’s also already raised some controversy because of the new sound: frontman Josh Franceshi thanks the fans that do appreciate it, insisting it’s a “sweet song and was a bit of fun” while promising a great third album. What do you think?

You Me At Six announced early in December hopes for releasing their next album in September of this year. The album is described as one with tracks that sound like Coldplay and, oppositely, tracks that “could be on a Parkway Drive record.” Fans will remember that You Me At Six teetered on the edge of a break up late in 2009. Fans don’t have to worry anymore, after a rocky tour and some time to mature and work on their third album, YMAS is back and stronger than ever.
